Calling all kid crime-solvers: Forensic science isn’t just for grown-ups anymore! Thanks to the popularity of shows like CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, forensic science has made its way into the classroom. This new middle-grade series stars a group of students whose forensic science class inspires them to form a “Club CSI:” to investigate crimes and capers at school. Michael's $2 Grab Bag Haul

Today I ran into Michael's Arts and Crafts to get a circle punch. I remembered that one of my Facebook friends posted about $2 Grab Bags boxes. Low and behold when I came into the store there was a stack of these boxes right in front of me. The three boxes I grabbed was filled to the brim with Christmas merchandise. These items will come in handy because we like to have holiday parties.

First Creation of 2014

This is a card I made for a monochromatic challenge. I don't often have time these days to play in my craft room. So I started a Facebook challenge hoping it would motivate me to do what I love. Of course I had a million things on my plate but I pushed on and cranked this card out. I really like the way it turned out. What is your passion and how often do you do it?
